Brilliant staff, helpful and friendly. Great location in front of Banyoles Lake. Expected renovations next fall. Wonderful breakfast and pool treats.

The location was FAVOURABLE, with Marisqueria Gils nearby, where we could eat. It is a recommended base for cycling. Girona-Costa Brava airport was hardly 35 minutes away by car. Lake of banyoles is adjacent to the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, right in front of the lake. We enjoyed the breathtaking views from our room balcony. The staff provided top-notch service, always friendly and helpful. The room amenities were excellent, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a free Wi-Fi connection. The hotel also had a lovely swimming pool where we could relax and cool off in the hot weather. our experience was truly enhanced by the comfort and quality services provided here.
We highly recommend this place to all.

Excellent location in the border of the lake, ample and well decorated room and bathroom, very good dinner, quiet environment, nice pool (though we could not enjoy it). Staff attention was kind. Overall, highly reccomended if you wish a relax stay.
I went to the hotel despite the comments I read here about poor room maintenance, etc. I have to say that at least in our room, the state was overall good (some minor scratches in several pieces of furniture, etc, but nothing really significant). We were told that some rooms are renovated, but that they do this process gradually, so I can not speak of the whole hotel. At the very least, you can end up in a nice room as we did. Only tv was poor (small and old device, which needed two distance commandments to work :d ). Also, staff is often out of the reception desk doing other tasks; ring the bell without hesitation when you arrive if they are not there.

The comfort of the beds. The food in the hotels restrauant was excellent. The williness of the staff to help you. Large balcony with table & chairs for relaxing.
There were stains on the bedroom carpet. The room was kept very clean but it didn't look good on first impression.

The hotel had an amazing view of the lake, and it was very easy to access nearby restaurants and cafes. the staff was very accommodating, and the service was great. the room was clean and comfortable.
The hotel needs renovation and updating. the room had a musty smell, and the bed sheets and towels were outdated.
